    KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jaguar sophomore guard Keshun Sherrill has been named to the 2015 Southeast All-District first team by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC). Sherrill joins six players from the Peach Belt Conference to make the list.

  • Keshun Sherrill Voted To Daktronics/DII Conference Commissioners Association All-Region Team

    AUGUSTA, Ga. – GRU Augusta sophomore Keshun Sherrill was named to the 2014-15 Daktronics/Division II Conference Commissioners Association Men's Basketball All-Region Team for the Southeast region. Sherrill, a Peach Belt Conference first-team selection, averaged 18.4 points per game and shot had a 50.8 field-goal percentage and an 84.1 free-throw percentage to help lead the Jaguars into post season play.

Join the Jaguar Cheerleaders and mascot on the fan bus that will leave on Saturday, March 14 from Christenberry Fieldhouse to travel to Harrogate, Tenn., for the Jags’ first-round regional matchup against Mount Olive in the B. Frank Turner Arena at Lincoln Memorial University.

The team was presented on Friday night at a banquet in Pembroke, N.C., on the eve of the PBC Tournament semifinals, which are being hosted by UNC Pembroke.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Georgia Regents University homecoming basketball game against Lander on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 12:00 p.m., will be nationally-televised by CBS Sports Network in 100 million homes throughout the nation and both teams will wear military-themed jerseys that will be auctioned through the NCAA. All proceeds for the game-worn jerseys will go towards a new scholarship fund, the Veteran Military Hardship Completion Scholarship, to support veteran and active-duty military GRU students.
