Gregory Tied For Lead In Florida

NAPLES, Fla. -- Augusta State men’s golf coach Josh Gregory moved into a tie for the lead Saturday in the second round of the Terra Cotta Invitational at Naples National Golf Club.

Gregory, in his seventh season at the helm of the Jaguar men’s golf program, backed up his first round 72 with a one-under 71 and is part of a five-way share of the lead at one-under 143.

ASU’s Mitch Krywulycz turned in a 79 and dropped into a tie for 35th. A regular member of the ASU lineup as a freshman and sophomore, Krywulycz is spending the 2008-09 campaign – his junior season -- as a redshirt and will have two years of eligibility remaining next season.

The Terra Cotta, in its 14th year of existence, is one of the top amateur events in the state of Florida.

Scores with relation to par from the second round of the Terra Cotta Invitational played April 18 at the par-72, 6,948-yard Naples National Golf Club in Naples, Fla.
