INDIANAOPOLIS, Ind. – The GRU Augusta men’s tennis team drew the eighth seed and will face ninth-seeded Wingate on Saturday, May 2nd in the NCAA Southeast Regional. Moritz Gehlhaus Named PBC Freshman of The Year, Romain Ferreira All-Conference
AUGUSTA, Ga. – GRU Augusta men's tennis freshman Moritz Gehlhaus has been named the 2015 Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Year, while senior Romain Ferreira earned second-team All-Conference honors. The All-Conference teams were announced Friday night at the tennis banquet in Florence, S.C., on the eve of the PBC Tournament.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The No. 23 GRU Augusta men’s tennis team earned the seventh seed in the Peach Belt Conference Tournament and will play second-seeded and No. 7 nationally-ranked Lander in the first round matches on Friday, April 24 at 1:00 p.m. The tournament will begin this Friday at the Dr. Eddie Floyd Florence Tennis Center in Florence, S.C.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The GRU Augusta men's tennis team is ranked 21st in the nation according to the Intercollegiate Tennis Associations' most recent national rankings list that was released Monday, Nov. 10. GRU senior Romain Ferreira was named the 20th best player in the nation out of 50, according to the ITA for singles play.

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The GRU Augusta men’s tennis team has added five new freshman players in hopes of improving on it’s already stellar record of 21-9 overall and 5-3 in conference play last season.
