Augusta Women’s Golf Roster Grows By Three
AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University women’s golf program and head coach Caroline Hegg announced that three new student-athletes will be added to the 2017-18 Division I golf roster. The new Jaguars include freshman Nicole Page (Murfreesboro, Tenn), junior Sarah Tychsen (Pietermaritzburg, South Africa) and freshman Teresa Diez-Moliner (Valladolid, Spain).

Haigwood Competes In U.S. Women's Amateur Championship
CHULA VISTA, Calif. - Augusta University communication major and women's golf standout Jessica Haigwood competed in the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship at San Diego Country Club in Chula Vista, Calif., August 5-7.

Augusta Women’s Golf Releases 2017-18 Schedule
AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University women’s golf head coach Caroline Hegg revealed the 2017-18 schedule on Tuesday morning. The Jaguars’ slate features four fall tournaments and six spring events including the 13th annual 3M Augusta Invitational, hosted by the Jags at Forest Hills Golf Club.

Jags Receive NCAA Public Recognition Award For Top 10 Academic Progress Rate
AUGUSTA, Ga. – For the second consecutive school year, the Augusta University women’s golf teams has been recognized by the NCAA for ranking in the top 10 percentile of the Division I Academic Progress Rate. Augusta receives the award for academic excellence during the 2015-16 season, after picking up the title in 2014-15 as well.

Haigwood Claims Low Medalist Honors To Qualify For U.S. Amateur
ROSWELL, Ga. – Augusta University women's golf four-year starter, Jessica Haigwood, qualified for the 117th U.S. Women's Amateur Championship, which will be contested Aug. 7-13 at San Diego Country Club in Chula Vista, Calif. Haigwood shot a 69 (-3) to win the 2017 U.S. Women's Amateur Qualifier at Ansley Golf Club's Settindown Creek Course on Tuesday, June 28.

Nyqvist Named WGCA All-American Scholar
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars were announced on Wednesday, July 5 with a total of 952 women's collegiate golfers recognized and Augusta University senior Josefine Nyqvist represents the Jaguars.

Haigwood Wins Georgia Women’s Open
KENNESAW, Ga. – Augusta University women's golf senior Jessica Haigwood carded a final round of 3-under par 69 for a championship total of 3-under par 141 to win the Georgia Women's Open on Tuesday at PineTree Country Club in Kennesaw, Ga.
