Beck Grabs Second PBC Specialist Of The Week Award This Season

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University senior setter McKenzey Beck has been named the Peach Belt Conference Volleyball Specialist of the Week for the second time this season, the PBC office announced Tuesday afternoon.

 

Beck was all over the court once again for the Jaguars as they went 2-0 on the week. The senior from Phoenix, Ariz., averaged 2.43 kills, 4.00 assists and 3.43 digs per set. She was one kill away from her fifth triple-double of the season with nine kills, 13 assists and 15 digs in a 3-1 win over Belmont Abbey.

 

She had eight kills, 15 assists and nine digs in a sweep of Limestone. She also added an ace and three total blocks. Beck is tied for fourth in NCAA Division II with four triple-doubles on the season and is eighth in the PBC in hitting percentage and ninth in total assists.
