"Jack has a chance to be an impact player at our level in time, because he possesses great hands, can make free throws, and has some innate passing abilities," Metress said. "We are very excited to be signing a player of Jack's caliber and we look forward to making him a better student-athlete."

Foley averaged 10 points as a junior at George C. Marshall High School in Falls Church, Va., where he will graduate in May 2017. He attended for all four years of his school career and lettered in three years of basketball under coach Dan Hale

With the addition of the new center, the Jaguars have seven players standing over 6-5 for the 2017-18.
