Men’s Cross Country Remains Third, Women Move Up, in First Regional Rankings of the Season

New Orleans, La. – The first regional rankings for NCAA Division II cross country were released by the U.S, Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association yesterday. The Jaguars men's team remained firmly in third in the poll, trailing only Mount Olive (second) and Queens (first) in the Southeast Region.

The Women's team moved from 10th in the region, to ninth in the polls. Topping the rankings for the southeast was Queens, followed by Anderson in second, and Flagler at third.

Both squads head to Wingate this weekend to compete against Top 10 region talents in the Bulldog Stampede on Saturday, September 21st.
