Augusta Basketball Announces Jag Club Café Dates & Promotional Nights

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University Athletics announced the promotional nights for home Jaguar Basketball games and released the dates for Jaguar Club Café – a light meal and hospitality area for Jaguar Club members during select home basketball events.

Below are the dates for the Jaguar Club Café and select games for various promo and marketing events. There will halftime performances throughout the season by different groups from the community and the AU athletic teams will work the Jag Club Cafes. All home games take place in Christenberry Fieldhouse. 



Returning this year is the third annual Education Day game hosted by men's basketball on Thursday, Dec. 8. The Jags host Voorhees College for an 11:00 a.m. tipoff with over 2,000 Richmond County fifth graders.

Wear white on Monday, Jan. 30 as Augusta hosts rival USC Aiken. The American Heart Association will be on hand at the event as part of their ongoing "Life Is Why" campaign with Augusta University.

An honored tradition marches along on Saturday, Feb. 4 as Augusta University Athletics honors members of the United States Armed Forces with the annual Military Appreciation Day doubleheader against UNC Pembroke in Christenberry Fieldhouse.

Support the Georgia Cancer Center and raise awareness to fight cancer with the Pink Out games on Wednesday, Feb. 8. Wear pink, support the cause, and come meet cancer survivors as we honor them on the gym floor. All proceeds raised go directly to our Georgia Cancer Center. The game also serves as the Play 4Kay game – a nationwide women's hoops initiative to raise breast cancer awareness.

2017 Homecoming and Senior Day will take place on Saturday, Feb. 18 for the final regular-season home games of the year. Augusta hosts Lander for a doubleheader. Senior Day will take place in between games and the Homecoming coronation ceremony will be held during the men's halftime.
