JONESBOROUGH, TN – The Augusta University Men's Golf team finished 14^th at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate hosted by ETSU on Tuesday evening. AU shot a 292 in the first round, a 294 in the second, and a 296 in the third for a combined total of 882 (+18) on the par-72 course at Blackthorn Club at the Ridges.
 
Host ETSU took the top spot while Charlotte and Louisville took second and third overall. Georgia Southern and UAB rounded out the top 5.

 
RESULTS
Gareth Steyn led Augusta, shooting a 73, a 73, and a 72 in three rounds of play and finishing tied for 50^th. Alex van Wyk finished tied for 62^nd and Hampus Wijkstrom finished tied for 70^th. Wilhelm Berg von Linde and Dawson Booth finished 81^st and 84^th respectively.
 
CJ van Wyk finished tied for 79^th while competing as an individual.

Augusta Men's Golf competes in their last tournament of the fall Oct. 17^th-19^th at the Tavistock Invitational in Orlando, Florida.
