AUGUSTA, Ga. – This past week, head Women's Basketball Coach Millette Green announced the signing of transfer Jenna Wooten to the 2022 roster.

Hometown / Previous School: Greenville, NC. / Spartanburg Methodist College
 
From Head Coach Millette Green:
"We are excited to add Jenna to our program next season.  I have been following Jenna's progress since her senior of high school when she led her team to the state playoffs.  She joins our program with three years of eligibility remaining after playing at Spartanburg Methodist College for two seasons. She has a good understanding of the game, good size and athleticism, and the ability to score inside and out.  We expect her to come in and compete right away to help us to continue to elevate our program."     

Wooten will join the Jaguars in the fall after spending two years at Spartanburg Methodist College. While with the Pioneers, she averaged 9 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. Wooten plans on studying psychology.
