AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University Athletics hosts the annual Military Appreciation Day games on Saturday, Feb 4th in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The Jaguars host Georgia College for a Peach Belt Conference doubleheader, with the women's game beginning at 12:00 p.m. and the men following at 2:00 p.m.

Once again Augusta Athletics is honored to welcome members of the United States Armed Forces for the annual event. Over 400 active duty members from Fort Gordon will be in attendance. During halftime of the men's game, cadets will officially be inducted into different branches of the military with a special swearing-in ceremony.
All active duty, retired, and veteran military personnel are admitted into the games free of charge with a valid military ID or DD214 form.
The Jaguars will also welcome back Operation Teammate, Augusta University Military Science, ROTC, and the Military & Veterans Services department here at Augusta University to be a part of the celebration.
