AUGUSTA, Ga – The Augusta University men's tennis team won both of its matches against Belmont Abbey Wednesday afternoon at Newman Tennis Center. After blanking Belmont Abbey 7-0 in the opening match of the day, the Jags downed the Crusaders 4-1. Augusta is now 9-2 overall while Belmont Abbey moves to 8-7 on the year.

In the opening match of the day, the Jags were near perfect, taking all seven team points through two-set wins. In the second match of the day, Augusta won every match except the No.1 doubles spot.
 
Augusta will take a short break, traveling to Hilton head to take on Lake Superior College on Tuesday March 7.
