BELMONT, NC – The Augusta University women's tennis team improved to 6-3 with a convincing 5-2 victory over Belmont Abbey Thursday afternoon. The Jaguars will take a much-needed break, returning to play March 6 against Saginaw Valley State in Charleston, SC.

After dropping the doubles point, Madeline Frediani and Andrea Gonzalez got three-set victories at the No. 1 and No. 2 singles spots. Priscilla Landi, Camilla Taborga, and Giovanna Patrocinio all took two-set wins to push AU to the 5-2 non-conference win.
