AUGUSTA, Ga -The Augusta University men's and women's cross country teams are set to compete in the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championships on Saturday, Oct. 25, in Milledgeville, Ga. The men's squad is on the hunt for a record-breaking seventh consecutive conference title, while the women look to make their mark in a highly competitive field. This year's championship meet will be hosted by Georgia College & State University on the GCSU West Campus Cross Country Course.

Augusta's cross country season has been highlighted by the dominance of
Madison Thomas on the women's side and
Nasrudin Mohamed on the men's side. Both runners have earned Peach Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors three times this fall. Their performances have been key contributors to Augusta's success heading into the conference championships.
AU men's cross country currently holds nine PBC titles, garnering six in the last seven seasons. The 2024 cross country season culminated in a trip to the NCAA National Championships in Sacramento, CA.
