Both Jaguar squads look to build on runner-up finishes at last year's championships, when Flagler captured the men's and women's titles. The men will compete over 8,000 meters, while the women will race over 5,000 meters.

Augusta enters the men's championship with the four fastest 8K times recorded in the Peach Belt this season. Nasrudin Mohamed leads the conference with a time of 24:32.2 from the UAH Chargers XC Invitational, followed closely by teammate Axel Dabe at 24:34.5 from the same meet.

Andrew Helfers ranks third with his time of 24:46.6 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge, while Caleb Darsey sits fourth at 24:50.9 from that meet. The Jaguars' depth at the top of the conference standings positions Augusta to contend for the team title.

On the women's side, Gabby Jourdain owns the conference's fastest times at both the 5K and 6K distances this season. Jourdain clocked a 17:20.5 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge, the top listed 5K performance in the PBC by more than 36 seconds. She also leads the conference over 6K with a time of 21:03.50 from the UAH Chargers XC Invitational.

Kaitlyn Lumbra adds another strong presence for the Jaguars, posting a 5K time of 18:48.1 at the Eye Opener. Her 6K performance of 22:08.10 at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational ranks fourth among the conference's listed times this season.
