Competed in five meets during the season … Captured first place at the Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 24:51.6 … Posted a season-best 8k time of 23:59.0 to finish 3rd at the Firetower Project CC and secured 5th place at the Louisville Classic with a time of 24:02.8 … Finished 8th at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships with a personal-best 10k time of 29:44.9 … Concluded the season at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, placing 85th with a time of 31:12.5.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023: competed in all six meets for Augusta ... had two of the top three 8k times in the Peach Belt for the Year ... had a personal best 8k time of 24:23.8 at the Southern Showcase in September ... honored as PBC Runner of the Week on September 18 ... had a personal best 10k time if 29:50.9 at the NCAA DII Southeast Regional Championship ... top finish was second at the PBC Cross Country Championships ...
