AS A SENIOR IN 2022: Named to PBC All-Conference Team ... Competed in five meets for AU ...  finished 6^th at the PBC Cross Country Championships ... had a personal best 8k finish in 25:32.6 at the PBC Championships ... fastest 10k time was 31:55.3 at the NCAA Division II Championships ... helped lead team to fourth consecutive PBC Cross Country Championship and NCAA National Championships in Seattle .. .named to PBC Team of Academic Distinction 

AS A JUNIOR IN 2021: competed in all five meets ... ran a personal best 26:13.2 8k time at the North Alabama Showcase .... carded 3 top-25 finishes ... best finish was 6th at the Eye Opener XC Festival ...helped the team to a third consecutive PBC Championship ... Named to PBC All-Conference Team 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020: ran in four meets for the Jaguars ... finished 7th at the UNG PBC Preview Meet with a time of 26:26.1 ... helped Augusta to a PBC Championship with an 8k time of 27:16.7

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019 ... finished 12th at the Garden City Dual with a time of 22:03.6 ... helped the team it a Peach Belt Conference Championship with a time of 27:58.48
