AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024:
Competed in three meets during the season … Recorded a season-best 8k time of 26:32.3 to finish 26th at the Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championships … Finished 118th at the Royals Challenge with a time of 26:41.9 … Opened the season with a 64th-place finish at the Firetower Project CC, running a time of 26:43.9.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Brookwood High School in Snellville, Ga. Graduated in 2024. Lettered in Track and Cross Country under coach Ben Dehnke. Individual honors include being the region 4 cross country champion and 10th place finisher at 7A state championships. Named Brookwood's Male Athlete of the Year. Team honors include several state championships by the current coach. Academic awards include AP Scholar, honor grad, and multiple-time scholar athlete.

PERSONAL: Born March 14, 2006, in Snellville, Ga. Parents are Ben and Stacy Dehnke. Has two siblings: Grant and Isaac. Plans to major in Kinesiology.
