AS A SENIOR IN 2017:  Named All-Region and Peach Belt All-Conference… Had three top-3 finishes and four top-10 finishes…Helped Augusta win the PBC Championship, where he finished 3rd in the 8K, posting his best time of 24:58.8… Competed in the Southeast Region Championship, finishing 11th with a 10K time of 32:22.2…Raced in the National Championship, finishing with a time of 32:22.9.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2016: Named All-Region and Peach Belt All-Conference … Led Augusta twice on the season … Four top-10 finishes … Took fourth at the PBC Championships in 25:13.1 to lead the Jags and post his best 8K time of season … Top 20 all year long … Helped Augusta finish top five all season long and earn a No. 6 regional ranking … Best finish was second at the Jaguar XC Challenge.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2015: Name Peach Belt All-Conference … Received the Coaches Award at the Augusta University Athletics Banquet ... Raced in all six meets for the Jaguars … Best finish was third at the PBC Championships … Four top-25 finishes … Helped Augusta to a No. 5 regional ranking.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2014: Competed in six meets on the season including the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship on Nov. 22, 2014 … Posted his best 8K time of 26:12.2 at the Peach Belt Conference Championships … Had three top-25 finishes … Helped the Jaguars reach the NCAA Southeast Regional.
