Events: 1500m, 5000m, 3000m Steeplechase

AS A SENIOR IN 2025: Capped off a standout career with a Peach Belt Conference title in the 3000m steeplechase, running a personal-best 9:17.25 to win the event (April 28–29) … finished second in the steeplechase at the Electric City Invitational (April 5) and third at the John-Hunter James Classic (March 8) … also placed sixth in the 5000m at the John-Hunter James Classic with a season-best 14:57.96 … ran in four steeplechase races during the season, winning one and finishing top-three in all but one … also competed in cross country in the fall, placing 14th at the Firetower Project meet with a time of 24:53.8 in the 8K.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024: Competed in six meets ... top finish was 2nd in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship (April 29-30) ... ran a season-best 1500m time of 4:01.39 at the same meet ... ran a season-best 5000m time of 15:06.34 at the Flames Invitational (April 7-8) ... ran a season-best 3000m Steeplechase time of 9:26.92 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (April 19-20) ... named to PBC Team of Academic Distinction ... named CSC Academic All-District

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023: Competed in several meets ... top finish was 3rd in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship ... ran a season-best 5000m time of 15:06.34 at the Flames Invitational (April 7-8).
