Events: 1500m, 5000m, 10,000m

AS A SENIOR IN 2025: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season … placed 6th in the 5000m and 8th in the 10,000m at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship (April 28–29) … ran a personal-best 5000m time of 14:49.80 to place 3rd at the John-Hunter James Classic (March 7–8) … opened the season with a 1500m performance at the SWU Susan Rouse Invite (March 1) and also ran the 5000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (April 18–19).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023: Competed in several meets ... top finish was 7th in the 10,000m at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship ... ran a season-best 10,000m time of 31:02.4 at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships (November 18).

• 1500m: 4:18.49 (March 1, 2025 at SWU Susan Rouse Invite)
• 5000m: 14:49.80 (March 7–8, 2025 at John-Hunter James Classic)
• 10,000m: 31:48.08 (April 5–6, 2024 at Lee University - Fast Break Invitational)
