AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011: Finished 26th in the Pacer Invitational 6K with a time of 25:59.20…Placed 30th in the Jaguar Invitational…Ended the season with a time of 25:42.3 in the NCAA Southeast Regional.
High school: Attended Augusta Christian in North Augusta, South Carolina...Graduated as class valedictorian in 2011...Lettered in cross country five years, track for four...Won 12 state titles in South Carolina Independent Schools Association...SCISA state record holder in the 100m, 200m, and 400m events...Was a STAR student...Winner of the 2011 SCISA Bill Simpson Award.
