AS A SENIOR IN 2025: Excelled in the 3000m steeplechase throughout the season, posting a personal-best time of 10:40.50 to place second at the APU Franson Last Chance meet … captured the Peach Belt Conference title in the steeplechase (10:47.58) and also placed seventh in the 5000m (18:56.56) … ran 17:35.00 to win the 5000m at the John-Hunter James Classic and also took first in the steeplechase at the same meet … competed in high-level national meets including the Bryan Clay Invitational and Raleigh Relays.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024: Competed in six meets ... top finish was 1st in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship (April 29-30) ... ran a season-best 3000m Steeplechase time of 10:53.04 at the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field Championship ... ran a season-best 5000m time of 18:17.57 at the Lee University - Fast Break Invitational (April 5-6) ... ran a season-best 1500m time of 5:05.66 at the Don McGarey Invitational (March 22-23) ... named PBC All-COnference in 3000m steeplechase ..... named USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region
