AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2015: Javoni competed in 17 events her sophomore year and finished in the top five in 10 of those events, including one win at the Lion Jaguar Invitational for the discus where she set a new personal record with 39.17m. She also set two other new personal bests in the shot put and the hammer throw … Earned Southeast All-Region Honors by the USTFCCCA for the discus.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Liberty County High School in Hinesville, Ga., in 2013…Lettered all four years for track and field and one for softball…Named a Wendy’s High School Heisman winner and a Top-10 Shining Senior…National Honor Society member and an Academic Athlete of the Year.
