Young Harris, Ga- The No. 18 Augusta University men's basketball team pulled away from Young Harris College 102-74 in a Peach Belt Conference men's basketball game Saturday (Feb. 12) afternoon at the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

Augusta led by as many as 22 points (39-22) in the first half after Miguel Arnold hit a three-pointer with 7:20 left. AU hit 68 percent (17-of-25) from behind the 3-point line. Arnold was 7-of-11 from long distance. The Jags took control of the game with a 25-6 run over the next seven minutes to take a 87-63 lead after Troy Cracknell hit a three-pointer.


Five different Augusta players were in double figures and two Jaguars carded 9 points. Miguel Arnold led the way with 21 points, all beyond the arc.
