AUGUSTA, GA – Augusta men's basketball will open the 2025-26 season by competing in the 2025 Small College Basketball Hall of Fame Classic, as announced by Small College Basketball this week.
The prestigious in-season event returns to Jenkins Fieldhouse on the campus of Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fla., where it has been hosted since 2022. This year's classic will take place on Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, and continues its partnership with Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing and Visit Central Florida.
The Jaguars are one of 10 elite NCAA Division II programs selected for the 2025 edition, marking another appearance on the national stage for the program. This year's field includes teams from nine different states and eight conferences, with seven programs making their SCB Hall of Fame Classic debut.
