TEMPE, Ariz. – The Augusta University men's tennis team was recognized as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team for the 2024-25 academic year, the ITA announced Tuesday. Eight Jaguars earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, with the team tying its highest-ever GPA at 3.77.
Student-athletes recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes include Alexis Bailhache, Luis Oliva Ewel, Enzo Sakiyama, Humberto Pinto Sansano, Redwane Bouhadja, Enzo Garutti, David Perret, and Arthur Valette.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, individuals must have:
Programs qualify as an ITA All-Academic Team by:

Achieving a team GPA of 3.2 or above

Having all student-athletes listed on the eligibility form

Including all varsity letterwinners in the cumulative GPA calculation
Augusta men's tennis finished the 2024-25 academic year with a 3.77 team GPA, matching the program's all-time high.
