West Columbia, S.C. - The Augusta men's golf team was unable to make up ground in the final round of the Bryan Bros Collegiate and finished in 13th place. LSU won the team title with Charlotte in second and Clemson in third. Teams played 36 holes on Monday as the tournament was moved up a day in an effort to beat the weather that is expected on Tuesday.

Bo Blanchard II shot 74 in the second round before carding a 75 in the final round. He had eight total birdies on the day.
After shooting 70 in his opening round yesterday,
Behn Heyns shot 69-76 over the final two rounds. In Heyns' second round, he made five birdies to go along with three bogeys for his final score and was the low Jaguar for the tournament at 2-over-par.
Pieter Rossouw Jr. shot 76-73 over the final two rounds with both scores counting for team total. Rossouw's final round featured five birdies.
Pascal Gunther playing in his first tournament of the year shot 76-74 on Monday. Gunther made a single birdie in the second round and made three of them in the final round.
Stefan Jacobs had a non-counting 78 in round two but rebounded with a 74 in his final round. After an early double bogey in his final round, he got it going with a pair of birdies before making the turn. He did have one more birdie on his final nine holes, but also registered four bogeys.
Augusta will next be in action Oct. 19-21 at The Williams Cup in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
