Augusta, Ga. - The Augusta women's golf team will head to Normal, Il. for the Redbird Invitational on Sunday and Monday. The event is hosted by Illinois State and features 12 teams.
The Jaguars are coming off a win at the Tiger Classic, an event
Sara Adams won medalist honors. Now, they look to carry the momentum to the Midwest.
"We're coming off the win at Clemson and the confidence of the team is sky high, but we can't get ahead of ourselves too much and there's always room for improvement," said interim coach Alison Crenshaw. "It's our first time in this event and I feel the ladies have put in the work for another solid tournament."
