AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University volleyball returns to Christenberry Fieldhouse this weekend as co-host of the Augusta/USC Aiken Invitational, set for Friday and Saturday, Sept. 4–5.

The Jaguars  will play four matches over the two-day event. Augusta opens against Lee (2-1) Friday at noon before facing North Greenville (2-2) at 5 p.m. On Saturday, the Jaguars take on unbeaten Carson-Newman (5-0) at 1:30 p.m. and close the tournament against Shorter (1-2) at 6:30 p.m.

Seven matches will be played at Christenberry Fieldhouse. The overall invitational field includes Augusta, USC Aiken, Lee, North Greenville, Lander, Carson-Newman, Shorter and Montevallo.

Friday, September 4

12 p.m. – Augusta vs. Lee
2:30 p.m. – North Greenville vs. Lee
5 p.m. – Augusta vs. North Greenville

Saturday, September 5

11 a.m. – Lander vs. Carson-Newman
1:30 p.m. – Augusta vs. Carson-Newman
4 p.m. – Lander vs. Shorter
6:30 p.m. – Augusta vs. Shorter

All matches played at Christenberry Fieldhouse will be available through live stats and live video.
