AS A  FRESHMAN IN 2025: Appeared in eight games with one start...pitched 6.2 innings with a 10.8 ERA...had five strikeouts with four walks...pitched a scoreless inning against Kentucky Wesleyan...struck out the two batters he faced against North Georgia.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Vidalia  Heritage Acadmey in Vidalia, Ga.  Honor Roll and National Honor Society student with a 4.0 GPA. Thrree time all state and all region, pitcher of the year, team MVP, and won three state titles. 

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 24, 2005. Parents are Chad & Whitney Cofield. Interesting fact- has had Tommy John surgery
