AS A SENIOR IN 2024: Played in all 29 matches and 108 sets for Augusta ... recorded 378 digs, averaging 3.50 digs per set ... tallied 31 service aces, including a season-high 3 on multiple occasions ... added 49 assists, with a season-high 5 in several matches ... contributed 27 receptions with a .942 reception percentage ... totaled 33 points, including a season-high 3.0 points in multiple matches ... recorded a season-high 28 digs against Lander on 11/22/2024

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023: appeared in 33 matches ... started in 7 games ... averaged 7 sets per game ... was fifth on the team with 2.64 digs per game ... had a career-high 22 digs against Lander on Nov. 9 ... had a season-high 5 service aces against Emmanuel on Oct. 3 ... helped the team to a PBC Regular Season and Tournament Title 

Harris was a First Team All-Region selection in her sophomore, junior, and senior years at Atlee HS.  She was named first Team Richmond Times Dispatch, All-Metro Regional Player of the Year as a senior, and she broke season and career digs at Atlee High School as a junior and senior. 

At Richard Bland College, Harris was selected Second team All-Region her freshman year. This past 2022 season Richard Bland and Harris' sophomore year team won the National JUCO Tournament.  Harris holds the record for season and career digs with a total of 541 digs in her freshman year and 1029 digs in her career.

"We just love Rylie's poise, passion, and energy when she steps in to play in the backcourt. She is solid in both the defensive and serve receive game.  Great read skills, quick release on the ball, and bodies are flying to prevent balls from hitting the floor when Rylie is on the court.  Rylie just won the National JUCO Tournament at Richard Bland.  She knows how to compete and win!"
