ASHEVILLE, N.C. –The Jaguars (3-3) dropped a 6-1 non-conference match at UNC Asheville Tuesday afternoon with GRU Augusta's Roberta Oliveira winning the lone singles game.

UNCA took the opening singles games, before Oliveira took a 6-4, 6-4 win over Amryn Soldier in the third slot. Oliveira was joined by Julie Fontaine to defeat UNCA in the second doubles meeting, but the home team won the other two meetings to take a 1-0 victory in doubles play with Division-1 rules in play.

The Jaguars continue Peach Belt Conference play at Armstrong on Monday, March 3 for a 12:00 p.m. start.
