DUE WEST, S.C.  – The GRU Augusta men's tennis team won an 8-1 non-conference match at Erskine on Tuesday afternoon. The Jaguars are 7-0 against teams outside of the Peach Belt Conference.

GRU swept doubles competition and only dropped the second single match, despite Thomas Sevel winning the first set. Only one other match went three sets and the Jags rolled another team by only losing one match all day.

Romain Ferreira won a close number one singles match 6-4 and 7-5 and in three through six singles, the Jags didn't drop a match. 

The Jags host Indianapolis on Saturday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. Newman Tennis Center.
