AUGUSTA, GA – Augusta's
Mackenzie Taylor won her second straight Women's Cross Country Individual Championship.
Hannah Beach placed fourth and was named to the All-Conference Team.
Mackenzie becomes the first PBC women's runner to win back-to-back individual championships since KSU's Marjo Venalainen finished a run of three straight in 2000. Taylor, a junior from Leesburg, Ga., established her lead early and was not challenged over the course of the 5k course, winning with a time of 18:25.6.
The top 15 runners were named to the All-Conference team.
