Augusta, Ga- The Augusta University men's basketball team won a Peach Belt Conference matchup 85-70 against the visiting Clayton State Lakers. Ranked 24^th in the country, Augusta improves to 16-3 overall. Clayton State falls to 6-13, 1-8 in PBC play.

Balanced offense continues for the Jaguar men's program. Five AU players were in double-digit scoring. Tyshaun Crawford led the Augusta offensive effort with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Troy Cracknell turned in a double-double, carding 17 points and leading Jaguar rebounding with 13.  Miguel Arnold tallied 16 points. Tyree Myers scored 13 points to go along with 5 assists. Ja'queze Kirby had 10 points in his 20 minutes of play.
