YOUNG HARRIS, GA - The Augusta University softball dropped the third game of their series against the Young Harris Mountain Lions on Saturday afternoon.
Young Harris carded twelve hits to Augusta's five. The home team produced a steady flow of offense throughout the game, hitting a homer in the fifth inning and scoring an extra two insurance runs in the in the sixth to take the 6-0 victory.

Paige Patterson,
Emma Seagrave, and
Madelyn Libby all carded hits in the contest.
Maggie McBrayer started on the mound for Augusta, pitching 2. 1 innings and allowing 6 hits for 3 runs.
Lauren Evens came in to pitch in relief for the final 3.2 innings.
Augusta returns home for its final home series April 23-24 against Georgia Southwestern. AU will recognize its seniors on Sunday April 24
th before its final home game at 1:00pm.
