GREENVILLE, NC. – The Augusta University women's golf team finished tenth in the ECU Ironwood Invitational on Tuesday at the Par-72, 6,278 Ironwood Country Club.
Napabhach Boon-In led the Jaguars at an even-par for the tournament and tying for 8
th place.
The College of Charleston took home first in the tournament, separating itself as the only team shooting below par (-2). Charlotte (+5) and James Madison (+7) finished second and third, 2 strokes apart. ECU finished by a single stroke (+8). No. 39 Campbell and No. 50 North Florida finished in a tie for fifth. Ohio State, South Florida, and Coastal Carolina took home seventh through ninth. Augusta rounded out the top-10 at 27-over par.
Augusta started the tournament on Monday with a 394 and shot 300 in the second round. The Jaguars finished the final round with a 297 for a team total of 891.
Boon-In led Augusta in day one with an even par (72) and a 71 (-1). Boon-In finished the final round with a 73 (+1) to tie for 8
th.
Natalia Yoko shot a team-low 70 (-2) in the first round before shooting a 77 and a 75 in the final two rounds.
Nicole Page finished tied for 33
rd (+7) and
Chloe Holder finished tied for 60
th (+15).
Kennedy Carroll rounded out the Jaguar squad in a tie for 65
th.
Petra Duran competed as an individual and finished 64
th (+18)
