AUGUSTA, GA- The Augusta University men's basketball team fell to Flagler 89-75 on Saturday afternoon in conference play. Augusta moves to 16-2, 7-1 PBC while Flagler improves to 9-10, 3-5 PBC.

Playing without senior starter
Darren Lucas-White, Augusta struggled to get into an offensive rhythm.
Tyree Myers scored to cut Flagler's lead to 36-31 with 3:43 left in the first half. Flagler scored the final 5 points to into halftime with a 45-36 lead.
The second half opened on a Flagler miscue and turnover.
Miguel Arnold drive to the basket for a layup before Flagler answered with two three-pointers to open a 54-38 lead with 17:05 left to play.
A shot from beyond the arc from
David Viti with 15:30 shrunk the lead to 10, but Augusta was unable to shrink the Flagler lead.
Flagler was paced by Malik Bryant's 25 points and Chase Fiddlers 22 points.

Tyshaun Crawford led Augusta with 26 points and 7 rebounds.
Tyree Myers was the only other Jaguar in double-figures with 15 points.
Miguel Arnold tallied 8 points. Freshman
Chris Britt provided an offensive spark for AU, coming in late in the game and scoring 8 points, going 3-for-4 from the field.
