AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University men's basketball team hosts the annual Education Day Game on Thursday, Dec. 7. Over 2,000 fifth graders from Richmond County will attend the game for a special 11:00 a.m. tipoff in Christenberry Fieldhouse. The Jags host a single non-conference game against Brewton Parker.

This year's event will be sponsored by Queensborough National Bank & Trust Co. ADMISSION IS FREE

This Education Day is the first of two events this year. For the first time ever, Augusta will also welcome the fifth graders of Columbia County of an Education Day Game on Monday, Dec. 18 at 11:00am. The Jags will host Reinhardt in non-conference action.
