AUGUSTA, GA - The Augusta University baseball team dropped the third and final game of its series against USC Aiken 6-0. Augusta is now 22-19, 11-10 PBC. The Jags will travel to Erskine on Tuesday, April 16 for a non-conference matchup before traveling to Americus to take on Georgia Southwestern April 19-21.

Augusta struggled offensively, only registering four hits while the Pacers turned in 16.
A well-executed sac bunt in the second inning gave USC Aiken its first run in the second inning. Â The Pacers added another run in the sixth inning. The sixth inning saw the visitor add three more runs and force two AU pitching changes.
