AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University volleyball appears in the first NCAA Division II Southeast Regional ranking, which was released Wednesday afternoon. There will be two additional regional rankings published before the national tournament field is announced later this month. The first poll is listed in alphabetical order.
The regional rankings are the official poll used by the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Committee to select teams for the national tournament. The Southeast Region includes programs from the South Atlantic Conference, Conference Carolinas, and the Peach Belt Conference.
Each conference receives an automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament, while the remaining five at-large selections round out the eight-team Southeast Regional field.
