AUGUSTA, Ga. – Augusta University has released the inaugural 2025–26 indoor track & field schedule for the men's and women's programs, marking the first indoor campaign in school history.
The Jaguars will compete in nine meets during their debut season, beginning in early December and continuing through the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in March. The indoor schedule complements Augusta's established outdoor program and provides student-athletes with expanded competitive opportunities throughout the winter.
Augusta opens the season on Saturday, Dec. 6, with split-squad appearances at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off in Winston-Salem, N.C., and the Sharon Colyear Invitational in Boston, Mass. The team returns to Winston-Salem the following week for the 'Twas the Meet Before Christmas on Friday, Dec. 12.
January and February feature a series of meets in Mill Spring, N.C., beginning with the Tyron Winter Classic on Friday, Jan. 16. The Jaguars continue at the Tyron Banked Invitational on Friday, Jan. 30, before returning for the Tyron Mid Winter Invitational on Friday, Feb. 13. Select student-athletes will also compete at the David Hemery Valentine Invite in Boston on Friday, Feb. 13.
Augusta will make its Peach Belt Conference indoor debut at the PBC Indoor Championship on Monday, Feb. 23, in Gainesville, Fla.
Qualifiers will advance to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday, March 13, in Virginia Beach, Va.
