AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Augusta University men's tennis team continued its strong start to the season with an 6-1 victory over Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College on Tuesday afternoon

Augusta took control early in doubles play, sweeping all three matches. Alexis Bailhache and Enzo Garutti secured a 6-2 win at No. 1 doubles, while David Perret and Arthur Valette claimed a 6-4 victory at No. 2. Mario Curiel and Humberto Pinto rounded out the sweep with a 6-4 win at No. 3.

In singles action, Augusta dominated the match, winning five of the six matchups. Garutti earned a decisive 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles, while Bailhache took a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 2. Valette claimed a flawless 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 4, and Perret added a commanding 6-1, 6-0 result at No. 5. Enzo Sakiyama closed out the scoring with a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 6.

Abraham Baldwin earned its lone point at No. 3 singles, where Humberto Pinto fell 3-6, 4-6.
