Statesboro, Ga. - After two rounds of The Southern, the Augusta women's golf team is in eighth place at 27-over-par with rounds of +12 and +15 at Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga. Eastern Michigan has the lead at -8 and is the only team under par. Florida Gulf Coast is in second with Georgia Southern in third. The Jaguars are just four shots out of the top four heading into Tuesday's final round

LIVE SCORING 

Puntita Pawichai led the way for Augsuta with rounds of 74-75 and is 5-over-par. That puts Pawichai in a tie for 22nd as she is playing in her second collegiate tournmanet since joining the program. She reigstered four birdies in her opening round and tallied one more in round two. 

Marine Legentil posted rounds of 77-74 and is at 7-over-par. Legentil posted five birdies on the day. 

The third counting score came from Sofia Valera. Valera started her day with three birdies in her first nine holes and finished 75-76 to also post a 7-over-par score.

Sara Adams had the final counting score in round one with a 74. But in round two, Adams posted a 79 for a total of 9-over-par. 

Jessica Pilgrim's opening round of 78 did not count for the team score, but her second round 78 did count for the team total. 

Competing as an individual, Danielle Higbee shot rounds of 80-72 and is 8-over-par. 

The final round on Tuesday will start at 8:30 a.m.
