Jameson Whittier pitched a scoreless sixth inning and set the single-season record for appearances with 25 in the final game of the year for Augusta against Anderson. It was the Trojans coming away with a 10-3 win. The Jaguars finished the season 18-30 while the Trojans finished 25-25.
Whittier's appearance broke a record that dated back to 1991 as he was the true workhorse for Augusta all season long.Â
AU scored the first run of the game when
Ryker Benz tripled home
Roland Chance to make it 1-0.Â
Anderson would respond with three runs in the top of the second while Augusta scored a single run in the bottom half of the inning.

The Jags would remain scoreless until the ninth when a bases loaded walk to
Cannon Maige would score
Jake Johnson.
AU had eight total hits with
Aidan Cannaday collecting two of them.
