Fairfield, Ca. - After two rounds of the West Coast Conference Championship, the Augusta men's golf team is in good position and currently in third place. The Jaguars shot rounds of 7-under-par and 4-under-par for a total of 11-under-par. On the individual front,
Bo Blanchard II is the low Jaguar at 6-under-par and in a tie for second place with the third round Saturday.

LIVE SCORING
Blanchard posted rounds of 67-69 and is currently 6-under-par. His opening round featured five birdies and a single bogey. Then, in round two, he started with a bogey but finished with five birdies and two more bogeys.Â
Stefan Jacobs had the second best day for the Jaguars and is currently 4-under-par. His day started with a double bogey, but got things going and ended up with six birdies in the opening round. Jacobs shot Even-par in round two with three birdies and three bogeys.Â
Freshman
Josh Daniels had a solid day with rounds of 69-72. Daniels opening round featured an eagle on the Green Valley Country Club course.Â
Pieter Rossouw Jr. started slow with a 3-over-par 74 in round one. But Rossouw turned it around in round two with a 68. He posted four birdies and a bogey to wrap up play.
Dean Wilken had the noncounting score in round one with an 80 and
Chapman Barnett posted a 78 in round two for the noncounting score. Barnett's round did did feature an eagle.
The format for the tournament is 54 holes of stroke play followed by two rounds of match play featuring the top four teams. The winner of the tournament gets the automatic birth in to the NCAA Championship.Â
