Augusta Places Nine on PBC Women's Track & Field All-Academic Team

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Nine Augusta University women's track & field student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 Peach Belt Conference Women's Track & Field All-Academic Team, the conference announced. Formerly known as the Team of Academic Distinction, the honor recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence in both academics and athletics.

In order to be eligible for the PBC All-Academic Team, student-athletes must meet the following requirements:

Participate in at least half of their team's events and be either a starter or significant contributor
Achieve a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale)
Be at least a sophomore academically and athletically

Transfer students are immediately eligible once they meet the above requirements. The Peach Belt Conference sports communications professionals oversee the program.

Augusta's representatives on the team were Nene Akaose, Brie Andrews, Anna Biondolillo, Maria Biondolillo, Josalyn Branch, Kennedy McDonald, Swaye Mohler, Cheyenne Ryan and Keeva Tracey. McDonald posted a perfect 4.00 GPA to lead the Jaguars' selections.
