Box Score Greenood, SC- The Augusta University women's basketball team fell to the No. 10 ranked Lander Bearcats 105-66 on Wednesday evening in PBC play. Augusta moves to 9-4, 2-2 in PBC play while Lander improves to 11-2, 3-1 in PBC play.

Ranked 10^th in the nation, the Lander Bearcats opened the game on a 14-0 run. A layup by Ashleigh Boulin followed by another layup from Kiera Howard gave Augusta its first four points of the contest. After entering the second quarter don 21-8, Augusta scored 22 points to the home team's 32 points 

The second half saw the home team extend its lead further. Lander out-rebounded Augusta 44-30. AU scored 19 points off of 15 Lander turnovers.
Zairya West led scoring for Augusta shooting 7-of-4 for 21 points. Kiera Howard added 16 points and 4 rebound to accompany 2 steals
