From Head Coach Adam Ward
"This fall we are looking to build on the positive momentum from last fall and from this track season. We have a lot of youth and they made great strides last year, which I believe will pay off for us come the postseason. Add to that a lot of fresh faces joining our program and we have high expectations for what both programs can achieve."
The men's cross country team is coming off yet another Conference Championship in the 2022 season. In the championship meet, AU Men's Cross Country placed seven scoring runners in the top 10, pushing them to their fourth championship in the last five years.
